We recently met the team from PeopleReign and immediately identified an opportunity to use technology to change lives. Many companies claim to have unique AI IP, but few have the experience needed to deploy it at scale and define new markets.
The market for AI-first systems of intelligence is large and growing as CIOs realize there’s a need to make traditional systems of record smarter. New companies like PeopleReign are extending the life of every legacy system by wrapping a layer of intelligence around them. The team started with IT Service Management, but has a bigger vision to improve every system of record.
The PeopleReign team has been building AI-first products for a long time. They’ve been able to make large enterprises successful by turning messy internal ticketing data into automated answers for employees. Poor quality answers and waiting on helpdesk hold lines are extremely demotivating, and perhaps are one of the contributors to “The Great Resignation.” PeopleReign is using AI to deliver instant answers to common questions related to compensation, technology, passwords, COVID, benefits, and everything else that leads to frustration at work.
